Automation workspace

Organize signals, folders, sequences and tests.

ReferenceUpdated 2026-10-22

Select an automation to edit its signal and sequence. The resource rail organizes definitions and folders; the sequence navigator selects steps and their details.

Commands

Add, rename, duplicate, move or export automations through the appropriate toolbar or context menu. Folder settings can coordinate automations sharing a resource. Resolve sequence drafts before destructive operations.

Use Test Data to choose or edit a controlled test event. The automation Test command does not apply drafts. Save pending sequence changes with File → Save (Ctrl+S), then Test and inspect Runs.

Navigation and validation

Use step and field diagnostics to locate invalid references or parameters. Runtime templates can require an actual test value; a missing current catalog should be checked separately from an invalid stored selection.

Use the sequence editor for authoring. The historical structure in Runs explains captured execution; it is not the old editable Graph workspace.
