Built-in signals
Choose an installed Core signal and inspect its declared fields.
AlphaCore supplies signals for manual testing, timers, scheduled moments, thresholds, supported Windows session events and global keyboard shortcuts. Plugins add integration-specific events.
Files & Folders adds ten local watcher signals: File Created, File Changed, File Ready, File Renamed, File Deleted, Directory Created, Directory Renamed, Directory Deleted, Watch Availability Changed and Watch Rescan Completed. Watching requires local Watch for changes and List and inspect permissions. File Ready means the file stayed stable and became readable; it does not confirm a recorder has finished. The linked reference explains filters, limits and event fields.
Timer and scheduled signals can expose gates and timing policies. A threshold signal observes a selected value with its comparison/rearm settings. Use the installed Encyclopedia to inspect the exact schema.
Save automation configuration with File → Save (Ctrl+S) before testing. A synthetic event checks the sequence logic, not delivery from a real service or Windows shortcut.
User Script is an action inside a sequence, not a signal. Choose a Core or plugin signal to trigger an automation that uses it; see the User Script reference.
