1. Who controls your data
Streaming Hub is published by an individual developer based in Serbia and operating under the name timasich. The developer is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email timasich.streaminghub@gmail.com.
2. Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the Streaming Hub website, application and plugin update checks, downloads, bug reports, feature requests and direct support email. It does not cover third-party services that you connect to Streaming Hub or external websites that you choose to visit.
3. Website, update and download data
When your browser or the Streaming Hub application requests a page, update manifest or download, the hosting and security systems may temporarily process your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, referrer and browser or application user-agent information. This information is used to deliver files, diagnose failures, measure service load and protect the service from abuse.
The public website currently uses no advertising trackers, behavioral analytics or non-essential cookies. Update checks do not include an account identifier or a persistent device identifier.
4. Bug reports and feature requests
A report contains the information that you enter into the form. For a bug report, this may include what happened, what you were trying to do, the expected result, reproduction steps, whether the problem repeats, and the versions of Streaming Hub, Windows and relevant plugins. A feature request may include the problem, current workaround, proposed behavior, example scenario, relevant services and the importance you select.
You may optionally provide an email address or Discord username. Each submission is stored with a reference number, report type, status, and creation and update timestamps. No account is required.
5. Optional files and diagnostic data
Bug reports may include diagnostic archives, logs, text or JSON files, Streaming Hub project files, screenshots and videos. The service stores the original filename, file type, size and a SHA-256 hash together with the file. Attachments are private and are not published on the website or Discord.
Logs, projects and media may contain usernames, file paths, stream messages, project content, service identifiers or other personal information. Review every file before sending it. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, private keys, payment information, private messages or personal data that is not needed to investigate the report.
6. Why data is processed
Report data is used to reproduce and resolve problems, reply when contact information is supplied, evaluate feature requests, maintain compatibility, improve documentation and protect the feedback service. Network request data is used to provide the website and updates, maintain security and diagnose service failures. Personal data is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to make automated decisions about you.
7. Legal bases
Processing necessary to operate, secure and improve Streaming Hub and respond to feedback is based on the developer's legitimate interests in maintaining the software and support service. Data may also be processed when necessary to respond to a request you make or to comply with a legal obligation.
Separate consent is not required for the basic report form. If a future optional telemetry or diagnostic feature relies on consent, it will be presented separately, disabled by default and capable of being withdrawn.
8. Storage, access and service providers
Website and feedback data is hosted on an OVHcloud server in Germany and administered by the developer from Serbia. OVH Hosting Limited processes hosted data as an infrastructure provider under its Data Processing Agreement. Authorized OVHcloud subprocessors may process limited data where necessary to provide, secure or maintain the service.
Feedback records and attachments are accessible only through restricted administration functions. If you contact the project email, Google processes the email as the mail provider. External links such as Discord, YouTube, Ko-fi and DonationAlerts are governed by those services' own privacy policies.
9. Retention
Routine web and security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days. They may be kept longer when required to investigate abuse, a security incident or a service failure.
Active feedback is retained while it is needed to investigate the issue or evaluate the request. Attachments are deleted within 12 months after the report's last activity, and report text and optional contact details are deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last activity, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active issue, security matter or legal obligation. Deleted data may remain in protected backups for up to 30 additional days.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email the address above and include your report reference number when available. Additional information may be requested only when reasonably necessary to identify the relevant record. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or another competent data protection authority.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, private attachment storage, file and size restrictions, and backups. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the data practices or service providers materially change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
