1. Product and operator
Streaming Hub by timasich is independent software published by an individual developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the providers of supported integrations.
2. Permission to use
You may install and use the public alpha free of charge for personal or commercial streaming workflows. The software, name, design and documentation remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.
3. Restrictions
Do not present Streaming Hub as your own product, sell or sublicense it as a standalone product, remove copyright or attribution notices, or use it unlawfully. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Alpha software
The software is provided “as is”. Bugs, incomplete features, UI changes, project-format changes and Plugin API changes are expected. Keep project backups and maintain an independent fallback for critical live productions.
5. Third-party services and plugins
Integrations depend on external services and APIs that may change, become unavailable or impose their own terms. Third-party plugins execute code in the application process and should be installed only from sources you trust.
6. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that the alpha will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular production. The operator is not responsible for stream interruption, data loss or third-party service changes caused by use of the alpha.
7. Updates and termination
These terms may be updated with a new release. You may stop using and remove the software at any time. Permission to use the software ends if these terms are materially violated.
