AlphaThe Plugin SDK is the public contract for code running inside Core. It is separate from the Core API used by external clients.
Use StreamingHub.Plugin.Abstractions from a matching verified SDK package. Do not depend on private host assemblies or start a second project/runtime owner from a plugin.

Actions, signals, local/project settings, entities and interactions use public descriptors and contracts. Core owns validation, leases, protected storage and execution; clients render the supported presentation.
SDK package version, Host Plugin API, Core binary version and HTTP API are independent. Require only the Host Plugin API features your plugin uses, and verify the final complete package.
