Localization and icons

Supply concise names, descriptions and icon references through the public descriptors. Stable IDs must not depend on a translated label.

Use the supported localization-aware contracts and PluginIconRef with an appropriate fallback. Core/plugin messages and an Editor's own interface language have separate owners; do not assume changing an Editor's theme or language reconfigures Core.

Do not use a translated display name as the persistent entity identity. Keep validation codes stable so clients can present safe localized messages.
