Conditions

A condition decides whether work should run. Use an If container for a group of related steps or a step's Condition for one guarded action.

Configure and verify

Choose the appropriate value paths with Insert Field. Compare compatible types, and test a true case, false case, missing field and boundary value.

Do not assume an expression is a programming-language statement. Follow Expressions for the supported syntax and the installed schema for a condition's parameters.

Save the sequence with File → Save (Ctrl+S) before Test. In Runs, inspect whether the condition rejected the step or whether the step ran and failed.
