DonationAlerts

Capabilities

• Connect a DonationAlerts account.
• Receive supported realtime donation events.
• Expose donation amount, currency, sender and message fields when supplied by the service.

Integration signals can start automations. Integration actions are added as steps.

Requirements

• A DonationAlerts account.
• Authorization for realtime event access.
• A working connection to DonationAlerts services.

Connect

1. Open Services → DonationAlerts, or double-click DonationAlerts in the status bar.
2. Select the connection or authorization button.
3. Sign in to the DonationAlerts account that receives the channel's donations and approve access.
4. Return to Streaming Hub and save the account settings.
5. Wait for the realtime connection status, then test Donation Received with a preset before sending a real donation.

Verify the connection

The DonationAlerts service indicator shows connected and the log does not report an authorization or realtime subscription error.

Limitations

Available event fields depend on the payload returned by DonationAlerts. Test with representative data before relying on optional sender or message fields.

Troubleshooting

Check the service status and filter the Log panel by the integration source. Reopen the integration settings to verify credentials, address and required external-service permissions.
