Patch Notes
0.2.0
Streaming Hub 0.2.0 separates Core from the Editor and introduces component-based installation, updates, and migration from 0.1.3. This release also updates the seven official integrations.

Core and Editor
- Core runs automations independently of the Editor and stays available in the notification area when the Editor closes. Core Settings provides service controls, approved clients, installed editors, updates, and diagnostics.
- The Editor adds Files & Folders, reusable test chains, a runtime inspector, clearer entity validation, macro navigation, hierarchical step numbers, and improved draft and selection handling.
- A new User Script action supports JavaScript, C#, and Python with typed inputs and outputs. A Hotkey Pressed signal is also available.
- Editor appearance, shortcuts, presets, language, and layout are now local to the installation. Existing layouts are imported once, and a shared default project folder is available.
- Core and Editor are separately versioned components. Project autosave, service recovery, plugin validation, reference checks, and interrupted-update recovery have been improved.
Installation, updates, and compatibility
- Setup offers one shared Program Files installation per computer or an independent portable installation. Windows accounts keep separate data and preferred-editor settings. Shared installation and maintenance use administrator Setup; applications run without elevation. Portable Setup can import selected 0.1.3 data without removing the originals.
- Shared installations use administrator Setup for signed component updates after all users close Core and editors. Explicit updates can accept corrected signed packages at the same version; Repair retains the exact registered hashes. Portable and existing per-user installations retain Core-managed compatible updates.
- Repair and uninstall preserve user data, third-party components, and modified files. Portable packages include an updater and support rollback after an unsuccessful update.
- The Preview executables are not Authenticode-signed. Official catalogs, component feeds, and plugin packages have their own signatures.
Security and development
- Scripts received in projects or imports require local approval. JavaScript User Script runs in a restricted worker with time, memory, and output limits.
- Community plugins require explicit trust, and third-party local API clients require on-device approval and scoped permissions.
- The Plugin SDK, API libraries, and examples include an MIT license for independent extensions.
OBS 1.2.0
- OBS can connect from Core Settings using saved WebSocket settings. Slots and bindings can be edited together and applied as a group.
- OBS reconnect and slot-name handling were improved, and changes to settings no longer affect automations already running.
Twitch 1.2.0
- Core Settings shows and restores Broadcaster and Bot connections separately. Bot authorization offers a copyable browser link.
- Authorization scopes, token renewal, chat reconnection, error isolation, and reward loading were improved. Existing Bot accounts or custom-app users may need to authorize again.
YouTube 1.2.0
- Core Settings can restore and validate a saved YouTube session. Browser authorization result pages now follow the website theme and explain success, cancellation, and failure.
Stream Deck 1.2.0
- The bridge can start from Core Settings using saved settings. Connection and zone settings are separated and include copyable connection details.
Donation Alerts 1.1.0
- Core Settings can validate the saved account and restart event delivery. The Currency filter offers documented currencies while retaining manual currency codes.
Piper TTS 1.1.0
- Core Settings can start or check the Piper server. Voice selection, download progress, missing-voice behavior, and cancellable voice tests were improved.
vMix 1.1.0
- vMix can connect and refresh inputs from Core Settings. Changes to settings no longer affect automations already running.
