Start the application and review the alpha notice. Keep the default local data location for the first test.
Create a clean test project, or open an existing project only after making a backup.
Install or enable the OBS plugin, enter the OBS WebSocket connection details and verify the connection status.
Choose a manual trigger, chat command, OBS event, StreamDeck button or a signal provided by an installed plugin.
Attach the signal to a new automation and add any conditions, variables or cooldowns needed for the scenario.
Add one or more steps, such as switching an OBS scene, updating a source, sending a response or invoking a plugin action.
Run the signal, inspect execution logs and confirm that each step completed with the expected data.
If something fails, create a diagnostic bundle, review it for secrets and attach it to the bug report form.
